Talat was qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Since then she has been working in Immigration and Asylum matters throughout the majority part of her career. Prior to moving into private practice, Talat has worked at law centres across the country. Over the years her practice area has increased to Housing, Family Law and in particular Islamic Law. Talat is a campaigner for promoting women’s rights and promoting human rights. She has worked closely with sociologist and anthropologist, Amrit Wilson. Talat undertakes work under legal aid and has been the Immigration and Asylum supervisor for the Legal Aid Agency for many years together with being a level 2 accredited immigration/asylum solicitor.

Zahida’s career started working for various high street banks in a variety of senior position. Her career then developed to working as a paralegal for personal injury firms in and around Manchester. She continues to develop her understanding and experience in personal injury law.

Zahir studied Engineering at Bury College and then moved on to Computer and Network Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University.
Studied various forms of networking and operating systems as well as data transmission and storage. He has worked on building and maintaining networks which helped in configuration of routers and switches.
Zahir worked at TalkTalk as a technical assistant for 2nd line support. He then moved on to technical support for Zen Internet in Rochdale which had a broader level of Internet technical support that covered email and web hosting as well as phone line support.

Hobbies and interest:
Zahir is a keen in playing sports such as badminton, squash, golf and follows F1 sports. He also enjoys playing video games, mainly on PC than consoles.
